Welcome to Group Links Join Social Groups.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Social Group Links application ("The App"). By accessing, browsing, or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the App.

1. GENERAL DISCLAIMER & NON-AFFILIATION

Social Group Links is an independent, third-party platform designed to help users discover, share, and promote public group links.

  • No Affiliation: We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

  • Trademarks: The names, marks, emblems, and images of third-party platforms are the registered trademarks of their respective owners.

2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) & RESPONSIBILITY

Social Group Links relies on User-Generated Content. You understand that:

  • You are solely and entirely responsible for the content, links, text, and images you share, upload, or access through this platform.

  • Social Group Links acts solely as a passive conduit for distribution. We do not pre-screen, verify, or endorse the contents of any third-party groups linked within our App.

  • You warrant that you possess all necessary rights and permissions to share any links or media you upload.

3. STRICTLY PROHIBITED CONTENT

To maintain a safe environment and comply with global app store policies, you agree NOT to post, share, or promote links leading to groups that contain or encourage:

  • Illegal Acts: Any activity that violates local, national, or international law.

  • Adult & Explicit Content: Pornography, nudity, sexual services, or highly suggestive material.

  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, bullying, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

  • Dangerous Organizations: Content related to terrorism, extremism, or organized crime.

  • Scams & Malware: Phishing, pyramid schemes, fraudulent links, malware, or viruses.

  • Spam: Repetitive flooding of links, misleading metadata, or clickbait.

  • Google Play Policy Mandate: Any violation of this section will result in immediate, permanent account suspension and device banning.

4. MODERATION, REPORTING, & ENFORCEMENT

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content.

  • Right to Remove: Social Group Links administrators reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, remove, or silently hide any group link or content without prior notice or explanation.

  • User Reporting: Users are encouraged to utilize the in-app reporting tools to flag inappropriate links. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.

  • Device Banning: We reserve the right to permanently block device IDs associated with malicious activity to protect our community.

5. PREMIUM PROMOTIONS & PURCHASES

Social Group Links offers premium B2B features, such as Boosting a group for increased visibility.

  • Approval Requirement: All promoted groups are subject to the same strict moderation rules. Purchasing a boost does not bypass our Prohibited Content guidelines.

  • Revocation of VIP Status: If a promoted group is found to violate our terms, or if the underlying group link is revoked by the creator during the promotion period, Social Group Links reserves the right to terminate the promotion immediately.

  • No Refunds: In the event a premium promotion is terminated due to a Terms of Service violation or a broken link, no refunds will be issued.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Joining any external group through Social Group Links is done entirely at your own risk.

  • We have absolutely no control over the content, safety, privacy, or administrative actions within the actual WhatsApp groups.

  • We are not liable for any physical, emotional, financial, or digital harm, loss, or damages resulting from your interactions inside external groups or with other users.

  • Social Group Links is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

7. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Do not share links or upload cover images that you do not own or have the explicit right to use. You are solely liable for ensuring your submissions do not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties.

8. AGE RESTRICTION

Social Group Links is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must uninstall the App immediately.

9. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

Social Group Links reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
